Conference fee includes scientific sessions, conference material such as programme and flash drive with abstracts etc., conference snacks and beverages, conference dinner (cat. 1 + 2); for cat. 3 and 4 booking of conference dinner at the venue is possible.
Payment of conference fee prior to the conference by bank transfer only (cards not accepted!)
For a reduced conference fee (early bird registration), receipt of payment by April 15, 2020, is obligatory.
Attention: Your registration will only be valid with receipt of your payment!
Cancellation: until 15th June 2020 free of charge, then 40 €. In case of no-show or cancellation after 30th June 2020, the total fee is due.
